When making fragrant dried fish, it needs to go through five steps of descaling, cutting, washing, salting and drying. The traditional method of manually removing fish scales not only increases labor intensity and labor costs, but also has low work efficiency and is not suitable for industrial production. Although the existing descaling machine on the market can replace manual descaling, save labor cost, reduce labor intensity, and improve work efficiency. However, steel brush rollers are mostly used to remove fish scales, and only a few fish can be put in at a time for descaling. The production efficiency is low and continuous production cannot be realized. Moreover, the steel brush is easy to scratch the skin of the fish during the production process, and cannot remove the fish scales in the dead corners of the fish body.
The high-pressure water descaling machine puts the fish directly into the conveyor belt, and let the conveyor belt drive the fish to enter the machine for cleaning. When the fish enters the fish scale machine, it will come out from the other end of the machine in about five seconds, and the scales on the fish have been removed. The cleaning is completed without damaging the fish skin. It is simple, time-saving and labor-saving, improves the effect and reduces the cost.

Note: The water inlet and overflow outlet must not be connected incorrectly. If the overflow outlet is connected to the water inlet pipe, it will cause water to flood the motor.

Installation and debugging
Place the machine in a horizontal position, adjust the foot plate to be flat on the ground, twist the nut on the upper part of the screw rod, and lock it against the frame to ensure that the machine works smoothly and will not move.
There is a water tank inside the machine, built-in float switch and water level sensor, and the tap water pipe is connected to the upper right of the machine. (Let the water run for a minute or two until the end of the water passes the water level sensor. Be careful to connect to a source of impurity-free water to avoid clogging of filters or nozzles.)
The machine adopts three-phase five-wire connection mode. Before power on, ensure that the socket is connected to the ground wire. After power on, press the belt start button on the electric box, and then start the water pump 1-2-3. (If there is no pressure on the nozzle of the water pump, any two live wires can be switched in).
After the machine inspection is completed, put the fish to be descaled into the fish slot with the belly facing up and the fish head facing forward, and the descaling work will be completed automatically.
After the work of the day is over, please clean and maintain the equipment in time to prevent fish scale residues left in the conveyor belt and equipment from deteriorating and causing damage to equipment parts.

During the working process of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the equipment.
When washing with water, make sure the power has been disconnected.
Non-normal operators such as children and the elderly are strictly prohibited from operating the machine.
It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Without the permission of the manufacturer, it is strictly forbidden to change the disassembly circuit or mechanical structure without authorization, and you will be responsible for the consequences if there is any damage.
