1 Incoming Material Weighing Solution
This solution is designed for weighing incoming fish. lt can quickly and efficiently weigh and record the fish, reducing the tedious manual weighing process and minimizing errors.
2 Sorting and Temporary Holding Solution
This solution is for temporarily holding live fish that cannot be processed immediately. When ready for processing, the fish are transported to thefish slaughtering workstation via an elevator system.
3 Fish Slaughtering, Bleeding, and Scales Removal Solution
This solution enables efficient and rapid bulk scale removal with excellent descaling results. The scales are effectively removed and the fish are cleaned thoroughly with minimal damage to the fish body. After bulk descaling, the fish are transferred to the filleting line via a conveyor system.
4 Filleting and Deboning Solution
The three-layer filleting line allows for the collaboration of up to 20 operators(customizable based on requirements) and features a layered conveyor system for efficient fish processing.
5 Intelligent Slicing and Cutting Solution

The micro-nano bubble cleaning system is used for removing odor and blood from fish fillets and slices. lt is fast, efficient, and automated, saving labor and improving overall cleaning efficiency.
7 Coating, Tumbling, and Hydration Solution
With a larger capacity, the vacuum tumbling system ensures uniform marination, locking in moisture without loss. The controllable vacuum level provides better marination and hydration effects, resulting in higher production efficiency.
