Product Description

The hydraulic loading machine developed by our company has a reasonable structure, is simple and easy to use. Simple operation saves manpower, shortens working time and significantly improves work efficiency. This machine adopts hydraulic loading structure, which is safer and more reliable.

  1. Ascending adjustment knob
  2. Lower the adjustment knob (if you adjust it in sequence, press the up button and adjust the black knob on which side of the hydraulic station the indicator light is on. Tighten it in or move it out to achieve the purpose of adjustment. If cylinder 1 is working but cylinder 2 is not working, you need to adjust the black knob on the rising side and move it outward. After the no-load adjustment is completed, if the water load in the truck is heavy, please check whether it is normal. If it is not normal, use the above method to adjust it. )

  2. Pressure adjustment knob (the pressure gauge adjustment should not exceed 10 MPa and not be lower than 5 MPa. The adjustment method is also a black or blue handle (a separate one below).Tighten it inward to increase pressure and release it outward to reduce pressure. )

Normal use

  1. First connect the 380V three-phase four-wire power cord. Pay attention to the neutral wire. If the button does not work after connecting, reverse the order of two of the three-phase live wires.

Operation steps

  1. Move the equipment to the required position, connect the main power cord and lock the universal wheel locking device.
  1. Push the barrel cart into the lifting arm of the equipment and check whether it is in place.
  1. After the inspection is completed, press the up button on the electrical box to complete the loading work.
  1. After loading is completed, press the down button to return the barrel to its original position.
  1. Move the barrel cart out of the lifting arm to complete the entire loading process.

▲ Non-professional electricians are strictly prohibited from opening and operating the distribution box, and flushing is strictly prohibited!

▲ After starting, it is strictly prohibited to extend any part of the body into the working area of the oil cylinder.

▲ When adjusting the machine, cut off the power supply and bring the machine to a complete stop.

▲ Keep the distribution box clean and prevent liquid from flowing into it.

▲ Keep the surface of the sensor switch clean! Failure to do so may cause the equipment to stop or cause disordered operation.

▲ Do not wash the motor, distribution box and surrounding areas with water.

Maintenance and maintenance

  1. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil regularly every 6 months and use No. 46 hydraulic oil.
  1. The bolt fixing parts of the whole machine should be inspected twice a week to prevent loosening.

▲The whole machine has a one-year warranty.

▲ Motors and electrical appliances are normally damaged and will be replaced. If it is damaged due to human factors such as water spraying, replacement will not be guaranteed, and accessories and travel expenses will be charged.
